Scott started working with Blue Moon Landscaping in 1996 where he handled design/installation of flower beds and containers, as well as detailed garden maintenance.
In 2000, he started Hoe Down which incorporates other aspects of landscaping. Hoe Down has worked closely with many respected landscapers and gardeners in the Columbia area.
Prior to that Scott was a machine designer and drafter for a pressure sensitive tape manufacturer for 9 years. He left that industry to begin a career in landscaping and get out of the office environment.
(pronounced jay-nee) has been an integral part of Hoe Down since the beginning. She plays a large part in the creative processes.
